Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you won't be charged again. Annual plans run for the full year but are non-recurring — we'll simply ask if you'd like to renew.
Is my payment linked to my identity on the platform?
No. Payment details are held securely and separately from your public profile. Other members only ever see your reference code.
What happens if my account is found in breach of the guidelines?
Our admin team may remove your account immediately, without refund, in line with the standards outlined during onboarding.
Do I need to pay before creating a profile?
You'll complete your profile details first, then subscribe as the final step — that's when your reference code is generated.
