Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, anytime from your Account page. Both Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically — Monthly bills every month and Annual bills every year — until you cancel; you won't be charged again after that.
Is my payment linked to my identity on the platform?
No. Payment details are held securely and separately from your public profile. Other members only ever see your reference code.
What happens if my account is found in breach of the guidelines?
Our admin team may remove your account immediately, without refund, in line with the standards outlined during onboarding.
Do I need to pay before creating a profile?
No. You submit your profile for review first, free of charge, and your reference code is generated immediately. You're only asked to subscribe once our team has approved your profile.
