1Our Commitment
Virtual Rishta Naata is an adults-only matrimonial platform for Ahmadi Muslims seeking marriage. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, in any form, on our platform. This includes any content, behaviour, or attempted use of the service that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor, or that facilitates others in doing so.
2Adults Only, By Design
Every member must confirm they are at least 18 years old before a profile can be created, as set out in our Terms of Use. Virtual Rishta Naata is not directed at children, does not knowingly permit minors to register, and is not designed or marketed to appeal to anyone under 18.
3How to Report a Concern
Every profile and every conversation on Virtual Rishta Naata can be reported directly from within the app — from a profile's detail page, or from any individual message. Reports go straight to our safety team for review.
- In the app: open the profile or conversation in question, and use the Report option.
- By email: contact@virtualrishtanaata.com, available to anyone — members and non-members alike — to raise a child safety concern about our platform.
We review every report and act on confirmed violations, including suspending or permanently removing the account involved.
4Our Response & Legal Compliance
Where we identify or are made aware of suspected CSAE activity, we remove the offending content and/or account and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant national authorities (including reporting to organisations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, where applicable) in accordance with our legal obligations.
